How often do the sales take place? 

Our sales are held twice each year, once in the spring and again in the fall. 

 

What types of payment do you accept? 

We accept cash, Debit, Visa and Mastercard

 

Can I bring my children to the sale? 

Of course! but please keep in mind that the sales floor is very busy and lines can be long. Please keep your children with you at all times and do not allow them to play with the toys. Consider swapping babysitting with a friend so you can shop without worrying about your little ones! Strollers, baby carriers and diaper bags must be flagged upon entry so as not to confuse them with items in the sale. All strollers and bags will be checked upon exit. 

 

Is there a fee for parking? 

It depends on the venue but typically not. 

 

Is there an admission fee? 

Yes, admission is $5 until 3:30 pm and free from 3:30pm to 4:30 pm. Kids are free all day.

Why do you charge sales tax?

As per Revenue Canada, Deja Vu Kids is a registered, for profit business and must collect GST. 

 

How do I get a pass to the pre-sale? 

Passes to the pre-sale are only available to consigners and volunteers. Register here to become a consigner or volunteer! Or follow Deja Vu Kids or any of our amazing vendors on social media for your chance to win pre-sale passes! Many of our vendors have giveaways leading up to the sale.  

 

Do you provide shopping carts? Unfortunately we are not able to provide shopping carts. You are welcome to bring in your "granny" carts, laundry baskets or any other "open" bag to use during the sale. 

Do you provide bags? 

Please bring your own reusable shopping bags to carry your purchases home. We typically have a few choices of bags available for purchase ranging from $1-$3 each. No closed bags will be allowed i.e. backpacks.

 

Do you have fitting rooms? 

Sorry! We are unable to provide fitting rooms. 

 

What kind of things will I find at the sale?

Nearly everything related to babies and children! Clothes, toys, bikes, books, electronics, DVDs, sports equipment, wagons, high chairs, strollers and much more! 

 

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. We only accept items that are in excellent used condition. Our volunteers inspect all items for defects, holes, stains and damage of any kind before they are placed on the sales floor. We do our best to ensure that everything is in great shape and in working order! We encourage all shoppers to gently test the toys on the sales floor to prevent any disappointment upon arriving home.
